Today I have the pleasure to chat with Fiona Pagett about the difficulty to take care of your body when you start in business and feel like you can’t take time out for the gym. Working from home or spending a lot of time on the computer creates problem.
She is a lovely personal trainer who uses a really gentle approach to get back into fitness and encourage us to think baby steps to get strong.
