If routine maintenance and support is likely to be ongoing, my retainer packages offer more value.  The cost is reduced by paying monthly, in advance, according to the amount of time agreed.Work will be credited against this amount in 15 minute slots. Up to one hour of any unused time can be credited to the next month, but not refunded. Additional time will be charged at the normal hourly rate but I will contact you beforehand if this is likely to happen.

Advanced VA/OBM work (like setting up entirely your systems, creating websites entirely...).

What's a VA. ?

it's a virtual assistant. Just like a secretary but remote.

What's an OBM ?

it's an Online business manager. A bit like a team leader. Or your right hand, the Chewbacca to your Han Solo. An Online business manager makes sure your vision gets real, breaking the goal into actionable steps, overview your VAs work if need be or check you are right on time to keep deadlines.

What's a retainer?

A retainer is an amount of hours you pay every month for me to do work for you. You buy monthly credits for my services. You pay at the beginning of the cycle (1st of the month or any date that is convenient for you) and I use this credit for any work you need me to do during the month. If you don't use the full time credited, only one hour max is put forward to the next month. (but if you need a quick fix the month after I won't make a fuss about it or if special circumstances happens, we'll find an arrangement. I do get that major mess can happen in life. Let me know and we'll sort it out.) I account for time used by slice of 15mn so your time & money isn't wasted. You'll have a log of what I have done at the end of each period.

How many clients can you take then ?

For small and quick jobs, it all depends on my calendar. I'll let you know ASAP. For retainers, I can take 15hours a month total. I allow a buffer for small tasks and other engagements. Ask me what you need and I'll tell you if there's room in my monthly "time budget". As I'm UK based, it can be practical for US companies who want work done during the night for site maintenance.

What tools do you use?

WordPress (as well as to Genesis framework), Thrive, Canva, Asana, Typeform, Googledocs, Dropbox, Mailchimp, Convertkit, ActiveCAmpaign, Espresso (html/Css), Audacity and more. I'm resourceful, I'll find what's needed if I don't have it yet. To communicate, I can use Asana, Trello, Basecamp, Todoist or whatever you use... You can find the links to all these tools and more on my resources page.

I'm rather geeky and learn quickly how to use an app so I can adapt to your system fairly easily.
